We are looking for help entering paper surveys into Microsoft Forms.
This survey was conducted to ask UDFB shoppers about their experience at the food bank, and to gather personal details, food preferences, and more. We're required by the city to report this data annually as part of our city funding. The shifts will be indoors, seated in our office.
The surveys may be completed in several languages, so data enterers that speak a language other than English are encouraged to sign up.
You will be working with floor managers who will instruct you on entering the survey data. When you come on the day of your shift, join a circle up, and let floor managers know you are here to enter survey data so they can help you get set up!
