We are looking for some extra helping hands to help with set up for our auction this year. (Our biggest fundraiser of the year!)
There is some lifting with this gig, and stairs to navigate, but there are other duties that can be non lifting.
The jobs we will be needing help with are:
-Hanging signs, decorations.
-Organizing materials
-Setting up tables and other silent auction materials
-Arranging welcome tables and sign in
-Assisting development staff with whatever is needed on the day to get ready!
This event is at St. Demetrius church at 2100 Boyer Avenue East
Parking is available on site at the church
There are a lot of stairs at the church and there is some heavier lifting of chairs and tables.
You will be working directly with Paul and Christine, the UDFB development team to get the hall ready for the UDFB auction happening the evening of the 19th.
Two shifts:
Oct 17, 2025 at 2:00pm for 3.00 hours 12 slots
5-6 people will help with arranging silent auction items
5 people will help with table settings
Oct 18, 2025 at 9:45am for 3.50 hours 5 slots
Final set up help before the auction!
