Volunteer: Magnuson Pantry: Morning set up help!Help us set the day up for success! This position meets at the Mercy housing building at Magnuson Park, where the food pantry is held. Volunteers begin set-up of the space by bringing up supplies from the storage room, as well as help unload the food for the day out of the food bank van, bringing supplies into the room where the pantry is held and then helping organize and prepare for the day. Ability to lift 20-30 pounds and be on your feet for multiple hours is helpful and accommodations can be made. Thank you for considering giving your time! Some unloading of the truck and setting up of the space happens at the beginning of the 10:30 AM shift and likewise clean up happens from 1:30pm- 2:30pm at the end of the second shift.
