We are looking for some extra hands to help with set up for our auction. (our biggest fundraiser of the year!)
This shift will be helping during the auction with event duties as needed The jobs we will be needing help with are:
Check in help
Silent auction table/bid sheet attendants
Wine grab attendants
Live auction spotter
Live auction recorders
Check out helpers
There will be an event coordinator on site with Stokes Auction Group.
You will want to check in with the event night coordinator, and this person will get you in a position listed above that is best suited to help.
This event is at St. Demetrius church at 2100 Boyer Avenue East
Parking is available on site at the church
There are a lot of stairs at the church and there is some heavier lifting of chairs and tables.
