Help support customers navigating our Basic Box pickup and be a touch point for new customers!
Tasks may include taking customer orders, tailoring boxes to dietary restrictions, and logging customers shop in Sox Box using a tablet or laptop. Other tasks may include helping new customers sign up, answering common questions, and restocking the distribution area with special items like pet food and diapers. Ability to bend, twist, load and lift up to 40 pounds in this role is essential. Please dress warmly! We will be outside.
