This position supports staff in communicating with our Mandarin-speaking customers. We will provide you a spot to stand or sit at the Check-In desk, and when translation is needed, a staff member will request your assistance and you will go with them to speak with the customer.
Topics you will likely be discussing include: store policies, registration information, new customer orientation, and other resources available to customers. You will also assist us in answering any questions the customer might have.
You also will be trained on the basics of the Check-In process. A large portion of your interactions will relate to check-in support, so it will help to have a basic understanding of this process.
Accessibility: This role involves standing and walking. You will be interacting with people both inside the store and out on the sidewalk.
